I emailed the company and did not get a reply so I called. The person I spoke with said they would send me a part and the instructions to install the part via email. The part arrive 2 weeks later. The instructions that were sent by email were not the correct instructions. I emailed the person back many times with no response. I called the company and they said it would take a few days but they would send me the right instructions by email. They again sent wrong instructions, different than the first wrong instructions. I emailed again with no response. I called and the person said they would send the instructions, they didn't. I called back after a few days and the person apologized and said they would send the correct instructions and they still have not after 1 week. So now it is 5 weeks later and one of my burners still doesn't work. I have a part that I don't know how to install and the company is doing nothing to fix the problem. They have not offered to send out a technician or reimburse me to have an appliance repair person come out. A company should not expect a consumer to know how to install a part, nor should they want a consumer to install a part in case something goes wrong or they reck other parts. What am I supposed to do now???? It is a nice looking range and the other parts work great. UPDATE: They FINALLY (3 months later) sent me what I think is the correct part, we will see. The problem now is that they are offering no support to remove the old part and install the new one- not even via zoom. They sent very unclear instructions on a pdf that only show how to open up the range and shows the part. The manager told me that their warranty only covers parts and not service so the part is the only thing I will get and should hire a repairman for MY BRAND NEW RANGE. I would never buy this product again. Worth the extra money to get a brand that you know will support you if there is a problem. I left an honest, yet negative, review on their website and they offered me $60 to take it down- I refused, of course. I don't want to happen to other people."
