"I started supporting the Ozlo Sleepbuds project after coming across their kickstarter campaign back in 2024. I’m someone who is used to falling asleep with “noise”, mainly from the TV that I had been watching earlier in the night. The way I saw it, I had 2 choices, go to bed and wake up my dogs who will then decide they needed to use the bathroom or, more accurately, chase rabbits in the yard. Or I can just keep laying there and sleep on the couch. More often than not, I stayed on the couch. Thankfully Ozlo came along with a better solution. With the small sleepbuds (I’m a side sleeper) I was able to enjoy watching YT or whatever I wanted all in the comfort of my own bed. Success? A bit. The v1s worked and I continued using them every night. The BT audio wasn’t ground breaking, but for what I was watching that was good enough for me. In this new setup of mine I’d lay my phone on the bed next to me on its stand and watch until I blissfully fell asleep, using the Time Delay sleep mode (90mins) to switch to my masking (Crimson Cloak) of course. Since this setup doesn’t actually charge my phone, I wake up a few hours later, put my phone on the wireless charger, take out my Ozlos and put them in the case. Half asleep and trying to line up the v1s wasn’t the best recipe for success and a handful of times I’d wake up with my phone still connected and a dead sleepbud. The struggles of modernity, amirite? Then v2s were released. Better audio quality, even easier sleepbud placement? These are upgrades that were hitting me right where I needed them to. I jumped and grabbed the v2s. The audio quality on my YT videos is great now, I’m able to put them back in the charger even easier as they just snap right into place allowing for a far faster transition back to sleep. Since I have a trip coming up I ended up grabbing the travel case as well. As much as I love my Sony WH-1000XM5s, they were too bulky to carry around with me during my last trip so they won’t be making the journey this time around."

"I have been using the Ozlo Sleep Buds for over a year now and I can honestly say that hey have changed my sleep habits...." "I have been using the Ozlo Sleep Buds for over a year now and I can honestly say that hey have changed my sleep habits. It used to take me 1-2 hrs to fall asleep and with a snoring spouse, I was up frequently. As a side sleeper, other buds hurt and they usually fell out of my ears. The Ozlo Buds fit snuggly, do not hurt and allowed me to listen to a podcast that literally puts me out within 15 min. The auto switch from streaming to a preselected ambient sound eliminated the frequent spousal disturbances and the internal alarm allowed my wife to sleep (I am an early riser). I have gladly recommended these to at least 6 people who were similarly pleased with the product. While game changing, the buds did have some issues with connectivity. They were difficult to set up with my android and often the Bluetooth dropped in the middle of the night, causing me to wake up and not being able to fall asleep in a timely fashion. Also, the battery life was limited. If I streamed before I was ready for bed, the battery would run out and that caused stress about the alarm being reliable. Additionally, sometimes the contacts did not align correctly when placing the buds away in the morning and they did not charge…it was a bit finicky. Even with all the issues, I wore them every night and when the Ozlo Buds 2 came out, I had to try them. I have wore them now for a week and I can honestly say that the company has addressed all of my concerns. Straight out of the box, the buds connected to my android, faster than Galaxy Buds. The battery life is insane; last night I had 36% remaining. They also fixed the way the buds fit into the case, made them sit deeper, so contact was almost impossible not to happen. Additionally, they made the indicator lights brighter and easier to interpret, so if there was a misalignment, you would know it immediately. The Ozlo Team obviously heard and acted on the feedback from their customers and delivered a flawless system to help regulate one’s sleep. I am healthier, more aware and rested because of this product. It is not often you can purchase a device that is literally life changing, these are one of those items that actually do that."
